Lot 469: An Assortment of Ceramics, Metalware, and Decorative Household Items
This mixed lot comprises a variety of decorative and functional household objects. The ceramic component includes a commemorative porcelain plate for H.M. Queen Elizabeth The Queen Mother (1900-2002), featuring a central transfer-printed portrait within a rose-decorated border. A white porcelain vase with a fluted rim displays a floral spray and bears the base mark Porcroft Made in England. Further ceramics include a small oval mirror frame with applied blue and white roses and twin cherub figures, a celadon-glazed bowl containing a small terracotta figure, a blue-glazed jug, and a selection of earthenware and porcelain plates and bowls.
