Lot 332: An Assortment of Ceramics, Household Items, and Sundries
A mixed collection of domestic and decorative items. The ceramics include a large oval earthenware platter featuring a blue transfer-printed chinoiserie landscape with birds and bridges, a square relief-molded decorative tile depicting a sunflower field in polychrome glazes, and a white lobed teapot with pink floral transfer-printed decoration. The lot also contains a white ceramic pitcher, various bowls including a red-glazed example, and an oval brown-glazed dish. Included is a small two-drawer wooden chest with floral fabric-covered panels and a central carrying handle. Miscellaneous household items comprise a white electric hand mixer, a blue-lidded storage jar, a black mobile phone case, and a small framed landscape print. No manufacturer marks are visible on the items, although the blue and white platter is typical of late 19th or early 20th-century British manufacture.
