Lot 748: A Trio of Vintage Metal Garden and Utility Wares
A collection of three vintage metal items intended for garden and utility use, comprising a large watering can, a circular basin, and a small bucket. The watering can is constructed from galvanised steel in a traditional cylindrical form with a domed top. It features a fixed arched top carrying handle and a secondary curved handle at the rear for pouring. The circular utility basin is a wide, shallow tub with two small wire-loop handles riveted to the sides. The third item is a small tapered metal bucket with a black-painted finish and a single wire bail handle. No manufacturer stamps or maker’s marks are visible on any of the items. Several auction-related labels are present, including stickers for Liskeard Auction Rooms identifying the lot as number 748.
