Lot 420: A Collection of Dresden Style Porcelain Lady Figurines
A group of porcelain figurines modelled as ladies in 18th-century dress, decorated in a palette of cobalt blue and white with gilded highlights and polychrome floral details. The collection includes one figure wearing a white bonnet and a tiered skirt with blue and gold bands, one larger figure with a blue bodice and a full skirt featuring floral sprays and a wide gilded hem, and a matching pair of smaller figures in dancing poses wearing blue hats and dresses with blue floral sprig patterns. One figure is marked Dresden in blue script to the skirt. The undersides bear various indistinct blue markings, including a numeral.
