Lot 419: Two Vintage Games Comprising Perfectly Simple Ltd EYE Strategy Game and a 750 Piece World Map Jigsaw Puzzle
This lot comprises two vintage items. The first is an abstract strategy and puzzle game titled EYE, manufactured by Perfectly Simple Ltd, circa 1991. The game features a circular game board made of moulded black plastic with interlocking and rotating spiral-shaped discs designed to move over a base of coloured tiles. The game is intended for one to four players and includes variations for trivia and solitaire play. It is presented in its original illustrated cardboard storage box, which displays a blue-tinted face peering through slats. The box includes multi-language text on the side panels. The second item is a cardboard jigsaw puzzle titled A New and Accvrat Map of the World, consisting of 750 pieces. The design depicts a reproduction of an antique double-hemisphere cartographic world map, embellished with celestial and allegorical illustrations. It is housed in its original landscape-oriented box with red titling.
