A vintage British-made portable record player manufactured by Dansette, featuring a two-tone grey and charcoal rexine-covered fibreboard cabinet. The unit is fitted with a BSR (Birmingham Sound Reproducers) four-speed autochanger turntable deck. The front speaker grille is constructed from cream plastic and incorporates two control knobs for volume and tone. The turntable speed selector offers settings for 16, 33, 45, and 78 RPM records. The Dansette brand name is vertically displayed on a metal badge on the front grille, and the BSR label is present on the inner deck. The unit is housed in a suitcase-style enclosure with a hinged lid and metal locking hardware.
