A collection of vintage Meccano construction toy components and associated items, manufactured by Meccano Ltd., Liverpool, England. The lot comprises various metal construction parts including perforated strips, plates, and girders in green and gold finishes. It includes a Meccano Gears Outfit ‘A’ in its original blue cardboard box, containing brass gears, pinions, sprocket wheels, pulleys, and rubber-tyred wheels. Also present is a Meccano clockwork motor in its original blue box, accompanied by a brass winding key. Printed ephemera consists of a colour-illustrated booklet titled Meccano Toys of Quality, featuring a red helicopter design and a retailer stamp for Victor French, Bude.
