Lot 849: A Two-Part Plaster Slip-Casting Mould for a Ribbed Jug
A two-part plaster slip-casting mould designed for the production of a ceramic jug or pitcher. The interior cavity displays a fluted or ribbed body design and a curved handle section. The two halves of the mould are fitted with four blue plastic registration pins and corresponding alignment holes to ensure secure fitting during the casting process. Several auction inventory labels are present on the exterior, including Liskeard Auction Rooms labels for Lot 845, Lot 849, and Lot 850. The handwritten number 7492 is visible on one label.
