Lot 278: A Collection of Decorative Ceramics, Architectural Models, and Gentlemen's Accessories
A collection of assorted decorative objects and sundries contained within a cardboard box. The group features a large ceramic washbowl decorated with transfer-printed floral sprays and a gilt rim. Included is an assortment of grey and white geometric patterned circular coasters or small plates, and various pieces of miniature ceramic teaware such as creamers and small cups. Other items comprise a white composition candlestick with cherub and fruit motifs, and small architectural models of buildings. The collection also includes several small jewellery or gift boxes, notably one in a turquoise colour, and a circular brown leatherette case stamped Links & Clips on the lid, containing a pair of gold-toned cufflinks. An auction lot tag marked Lot 278 is present.
Condition report:
The items are in varied condition with surface dust and signs of wear throughout. Rubbing is visible to the gilt rim of the ceramic washbowl. The cardboard storage box shows significant wear and tearing. Sets of coasters and miniature teaware are of unverified completeness.
