Lot 277: Royal and Langnickel Essentials Multimedia Artist Set and a White Plastic Caddy
A multimedia artist set by Royal and Langnickel from the Essentials range, together with a white plastic caddy. The art set is housed in a multi-tiered wooden storage and carry case featuring brass-tone metal latches and a leather-style handle. The case is designed with an internal adjustable support bar, allowing the lid to function as a tabletop easel. The collection includes 12ml tubes of oil, acrylic, and watercolour paints, as well as multiple oil and soft pastels. Drawing supplies consist of coloured pencils, a Royal graphite HB pencil, a dual-hole metal sharpener, and a branded eraser. Associated tools comprise three red-handled paint brushes, a white plastic palette knife, and a traditional wooden thumb-hole palette. The lot also includes a separate white plastic rectangular caddy with fluted sides and notched handles.
Condition report:
The items are in used condition. The wooden palette and internal plastic trays show significant staining and paint residue from previous use. Several paint tubes are partially used and show signs of compression. The wooden case exhibits external scuffs, surface marks, and wear consistent with regular use. Some individual items are missing from their designated slots within the plastic inserts.
