Lot 373: A Collection of Assorted Household Goods, Kitchenware, and Decorative Ceramics
An assortment of various household items and kitchenware. The lot includes decorative ceramics such as tea cups and saucers featuring floral motifs and blue-and-white patterns. One saucer is inscribed with Golden Wedding Anniversary. A ceramic vessel in the form of a lace-up boot is present. Glassware components include a large clear glass bowl with a moulded starburst pattern to the base and several smaller glass vessels. Functional kitchen items comprise a two-slice stainless steel toaster and a white plastic mixing bowl. Additional items include a circular gold-toned metal tray with an embossed leaf design, a woven wicker basket with handle, and a wooden serving board featuring an inset ceramic tile decorated with images of wine bottles. Some ceramic items bear marks to the underside which are not clearly legible.
Condition report:
Items are in used condition with signs of age and wear throughout. Surfaces show scuffing, minor staining, and light scratches consistent with domestic use. Ceramic pieces may exhibit minor crazing or small chips. Glassware shows some surface abrasions. The toaster displays typical oxidisation and surface marks from handling. Wicker basket shows minor fraying to the weave. All items sold as seen.
