Lot 787: Large contemporary sheesham wood four-door four-drawer sideboard
A large contemporary sideboard constructed from solid sheesham wood, also known as Indian rosewood. The piece is designed in a colonial or rustic style, featuring a long rectangular top with a visible natural grain over a row of four drawers and four cupboard doors. The wood is characterised by its distinctive multi-tonal, high-contrast grain pattern and honey-coloured finish. Each drawer and door is fitted with a dark-finished metal ring pull on a circular backplate. The cupboard doors open to reveal interior storage compartments. The unit is supported by an integral plinth base with a subtle arched profile to the front. The construction utilises traditional joinery visible in the panelled doors and drawer fronts. An adhesive inventory sticker reading 494R60 is present on the side. No manufacturer marks are visible.
