Lot 532: Antique Rustic Wood Carpenter's or Garden Tool Tote
A utilitarian wooden carrier of simple nailed construction, suitable for use as a tool tote, garden trug, or cutlery tray. The rectangular body is divided into two longitudinal compartments by a central vertical divider. This divider features an integral shaped carrying handle at the centre. The item is constructed from weathered timber, likely a softwood, and shows a deep patina with significant surface staining and wear consistent with prolonged practical use. A white auction lot tag printed with the number 532 is attached to the handle, and a secondary blank white adhesive label is located on the interior.
