Lot 56: An Assortment of Vintage Rotary Tool Accessories and Grinding Wheels including Universal Grinding Wheel Co and Black & Decker
A collection of vintage workshop rotary tool attachments and consumables housed in a metal storage box. The lot comprises a diverse range of items including multiple abrasive grinding wheels of varying diameters and thicknesses. Notable among these is a large brown wheel labelled for the Universal Grinding Wheel Co. Ltd of Stafford, England, a grey wheel marked for Black & Decker Ltd, and a blue-grey wheel marked Fuller, Portugal. The collection also includes several wire wheel and cup brushes in both steel and brass, along with abrasive sandpaper flap wheels. Further components include two small vintage-style drill chucks. Original packaging is present for some items, including a Surform tool accessory in a red cardboard box and an item marked for the Norton Company, Worcester, Massachusetts. These tools were manufactured using steel, brass, and various abrasive compounds.
