Lot 764: Mid-20th Century Wooden Dressing Table Swing Mirror in Yellow
A mid-20th-century wooden dressing table swing mirror, commonly referred to as a toilet mirror. The item comprises a rectangular mirror frame pivoting between two upright supports, which are mounted on a trestle-style base. The wooden structure has been overpainted in a bright yellow finish, while the reverse of the mirror is backed with a dark-stained wood panel. The frame is equipped with two metal adjustment knobs on the sides to facilitate tilting. Two modern adhesive labels are located on the lower left of the frame.
