Lot 815: Louis XV style painted wood coffee table, 20th century
A French Provincial style coffee table constructed from painted wood. The table features a shaped serpentine rectangular top with a moulded edge, finished in an off-white or cream paint. The base consists of a shaped apron leading to four cabriole legs. Each leg is decorated with carved floral and foliate motifs at the knee and terminates in a scroll foot. The item bears auction house labels, including a white adhesive lot sticker printed with the number 815 and small pink circular stickers marked 32. No maker’s marks are visible on the piece.
