Lot 880: Scalextric 300 Electric Slot Car Racing Set with Three Cars and Accessories
A Scalextric 300 electric slot car racing set in 1:32 scale. The set comprises three motor-driven cars: a red Formula 1 racing car featuring Shell Oils and Deserra Sports livery, a yellow Mini Cooper with racing number 2, and a red Mini Cooper with racing number 3. Included are multiple sections of black plastic track with metal rails in curved and straight designs. Two thumb-trigger hand controllers are present in blue and yellow plastic. Accessories include a circular white card Scalextric Speed Computer for calculating scale speeds in miles per hour, kilometres per hour, and metres, along with white plastic track-side fencing marked with the Dunlop logo. The set includes a small Scalextric Sport accessory box and various electrical wires and connectors. The components are primarily constructed of plastic and are housed in the original moulded polystyrene base with the pictorial cardboard lid.
