A set of six demitasse coffee cups and matching saucers manufactured by Poole Pottery, Dorset, England. These items are part of the Twintone range, specifically in the Mushroom and Sepia (C54) colourway. Each piece is crafted from glazed earthenware, featuring a minimalist mid-century design with a matte finish. The cups are designed with a pale mushroom-pink exterior and a contrasting dark sepia-brown interior. The saucers follow this scheme with a sepia-brown rim and underside and a mushroom-pink central well. The base of each cup bears a blue printed factory mark consisting of the word POOLE arranged vertically next to a leaping dolphin motif, with the word ENGLAND below.
