Lot 515: An Assortment of Cultured Pearl Jewellery and Loose Gemstones
A collection of jewellery and loose components comprising a single-strand cultured pearl necklace, a small circular white metal container, a quantity of loose pearls, and two loose clear stones. The necklace features creamy-white cultured pearls with moderate lustre and slight surface irregularities, secured with a white metal clasp. The container is a perforated utility vessel of silver-toned metal, exhibiting heavy surface tarnish. Included within the vessel are several loose cultured pearls of similar colour and quality to the necklace. Also present are two loose clear faceted gemstones, comprising one rectangular emerald-cut stone and one small round-cut stone. No hallmarks or purity marks are visible on the metal components; metal appears to be silver-toned base metal or low-grade silver and requires testing.
