A professional commercial contact grill manufactured by Silex, designed for high-speed cooking and sandwich preparation. The unit is constructed with a stainless steel chassis and heavy-duty ribbed cooking plates to both the top and bottom surfaces. It features a counter-balanced top plate with a front-mounted stay-cool handle. The front control panel houses two rotary dials and a central orange neon indicator light. The left dial is a thermostat with markings from 50 to 300 degrees Celsius, and the right dial is a manual timer with a 0 to 14 minute scale. Power is supplied via a standard UK 3-pin Type G plug. The handle displays the silex manufacturer mark in red and black text.
