Lot 609: A Set of Luigi Bormioli Accademia Wine Glasses and a Royal Touch Decanter
A set of glassware comprising six wine glasses from the Accademia range by Luigi Bormioli, Italy, and one decanter. The wine glasses are crafted from clear, machine-blown SON.hyx lead-free crystal glass, featuring large tapered bowls decorated with a fine vertical optic ribbing pattern and supported by slender stems. One glass bears the original black and silver manufacturer’s label identifying the range. The decanter features a bulbous, rounded body with a tall, flared neck, decorated with a spiral optic pattern. It is finished with a polished metal-mounted base which is engraved with the mark Royal Touch.
