Lot 610: AK Kaiser West Germany White Bisque Porcelain Dogwood Vase Signed Manfred Frey
A mid-century modern white bisque porcelain vase produced by AK Kaiser, Germany. The piece is designed by Manfred Frey and features the model number 0352. It is of a waisted, flared trumpet form, characterised by a matte unglazed exterior and a glazed interior. The body is decorated with a high-relief molded pattern of dogwood blossoms and foliage, with a textured stippled band encircling the lower section. The base bears the blue underglaze factory mark consisting of a crown above the letters AK, Kaiser, and Germany. The designer signature M. Frey and the model number 0352 are incised into the base.
