A contemporary narrow open storage unit or bookcase constructed from solid light-toned hardwood. The piece features five fixed, square open compartments within a rectangular frame. The construction includes an overhanging rectangular top and a corresponding projecting plinth base. The wood exhibits a visible natural grain throughout, consistent with tropical hardwoods such as acacia or mango wood, and is finished with a light protective wax or stain.
