Lot 1019: A Jacobean Style Dark Oak Dresser
A two-piece dark stained oak dresser of traditional Jacobean revival design. The upper hutch section features a top frieze carved with a repeating lunette pattern above a full-width shelf containing plate grooves. The lower tier of the hutch incorporates two small flanking cupboards with leaded-glass diamond-pane doors, separated by an open central shelf. The base sideboard unit comprises a flat top over drawers and cupboard doors, each decorated with carved square panels featuring stylised floral and sunburst motifs. The piece is fitted with cast metal butterfly hinges, a metal ring pull handle on the drawer, and small circular knobs on the upper cupboard doors.
