Lot 563: A Collection of Five Glazed Porcelain 18th-Century Style Figurines
An assortment of five glazed porcelain figurines depicting figures in 18th-century style dress. The collection includes a large figure of a lady wearing a tiered crinoline skirt with cobalt blue and white ruffles, gilded borders, and hand-painted floral sprigs. A second lady is depicted in a white gown with a cobalt blue bodice and gold trim, featuring floral sprays. Two similar figurines represent young girls in white dresses with blue floral patterns, blue bodices, and blue hats, posed with hands raised. The group is completed by a shepherdess in a tan and peach-coloured dress with a blue shawl and white bonnet, holding a bouquet of flowers and standing next to a small white lamb. All pieces are finished with a clear glaze, polychrome enamel decoration, and gilded highlights. No maker’s marks or factory stamps are visible.
