A signed first edition of the debut poetry collection by Hussain Manawer, titled Life Is Sad & Beautiful. The volume was published by Yellow Kite, an imprint of Hodder & Stoughton, London, in 2022. The book is bound in the publisher’s black cloth-textured pictorial boards, featuring gilt-stamped titles and a central rose illustration on the front cover. The cover design is credited to Lydia Blagden, with the rose illustration by Joel Robison. This copy is signed by the author on a preliminary page with the handwritten inscription, Love Hussain. The rear board includes the printed blurb, publisher details, and ISBN 978-1-3997-0199-0.
