Lot 629: A Trio of Vintage Intrepid Spinning Fishing Reels including Prince Regent and Commander Models
A trio of vintage fixed-spool spinning reels produced by KP Morritt under the Intrepid brand. The group includes two Prince Regent models featuring black-coated bodies, chrome-plated hardware, and a characteristic three-pointed star motif on the side plate. One reel is loaded with purple fishing line, while the second is loaded with green line. The third reel is a smaller Commander No. S-S 17 model with a dark brown composite body. The lot is accompanied by an original cardboard box for an Intrepid Prince Regent reel, a paper instruction leaflet for the Commander model, and one detached ceramic-lined rod guide. The reels are fitted with manual bail arms and drag adjustment knobs.
