Lot 742: An Acctim quartz grandfather-style wall clock with pendulum and chime
A modern wall clock by Acctim featuring a wooden case with a dark mahogany-style finish. The clock has a hinged glazed front door decorated with gold-toned foliate scroll transfers that frame both the dial and the pendulum. To the left side of the case is a gold-toned decorative ornament. The circular white dial displays black Roman numerals and is set with a gold-toned inner bezel. It has three black hands including an hour, minute, and a thin sweep second hand. The dial is marked Acctim and QUARTZ. The clock is powered by a battery-operated quartz movement which includes a swinging pendulum and an electronic chime or melody function. The reverse of the clock houses the movement and a control module with a red button and a volume or selector switch. It requires three AA batteries for operation.
