A utilitarian industrial-style coat rack of metal construction with a black-painted finish. The design features a tall central column supported by a heavy circular weighted base. The piece is configured with two levels of cast metal hooks; the upper tier comprises four large double-pronged hooks, and the middle tier features four smaller single-pronged hooks. All hooks exhibit a weathered silver-toned finish. The central column bears a small, unidentified white label.
