Lot 963: A Contemporary Black Wrought-Iron Style Double Bed Frame Component Set
This lot consists of components for a contemporary metal bed frame in a black finish, comprising a single bed end and a pair of matching side rails. The bed end, which could serve as either a headboard or footboard, features a decorative double-rail top with a central wave scroll design. This top rail is supported by a grid-like structure consisting of three horizontal and five vertical bars. The side rails are fashioned from black-painted angle iron and utilise a hook-in connection system designed to slot into the upright posts of the bed ends. Based on its width in relation to standard furniture, the frame appears intended for a double or king-size mattress.
