Lot 1073: A Vintage Art Deco Oak Circular Bookcase / Side Table
A vintage Art Deco oak circular bookcase / side table from the 1930s period. The table features a circular top with a moulded edge, positioned above a tiered interior containing two integrated semi-circular shelves arranged in a stepped configuration. The structure is supported by three vertical pilaster legs, each decorated with vertical reeding or fluting. The piece is finished in a dark stain. Three rectangular white adhesive auction labels reading 964, 1020, and 1073 are affixed to the top surface. No manufacturer stamps or maker labels are visible.

Condition report:
The table is in poor condition and requires restoration. The finish on the top surface is heavily worn, faded, and uneven (photo 1). A small section of the moulded edge on the top is chipped and missing (photo 1). The lower shelves exhibit significant white spotting and residue across their surfaces (photo 2). There are general scuffs, scratches, and signs of age-related wear throughout the frame and supports (photo 2). The piece is dusty and has accumulated debris in the crevices.
