Lot 1170: A Trio of Vintage Framed Artworks Including a Signed Jonny Marsh Print (Signed)
A trio of vintage framed artworks, comprising a landscape watercolour, a colour wildlife photograph, and a contemporary mixed-media print. The watercolour depicts a lush landscape with a white shoreline and water, signed Pruisselle in the lower right. It is mounted behind a white mat in a blue-stained wood frame. The colour photograph shows a leopard resting in a tree, inscribed Leopard / Nyebogo, Botswana in pencil to the lower left, with a stylized signature to the lower right that is not clearly legible as a name. It is presented in a black frame with a black mat and bears a white adhesive label reading HCP Auctions South West Lot 1170. The mixed-media print by Jonny Marsh is titled Offertory to the lower left and signed and dated Jonny Marsh 98 to the lower right. The image consists of a textured grey rectangular field above a row of four bowl-like forms, secured to a white backing board with four metal clips.
Condition report:
The artworks are in overall good condition. Minor scuffing is visible to the edges of the blue-stained wood frame (photo 1). There is light undulation to the paper support of the Jonny Marsh print (photo 4).
