Lot 170: A Set of Flexible Drain Cleaning Rods and Attachments
This collection comprises a set of flexible drain cleaning rods accompanied by specialised clearing attachments. The rods are constructed from a dark, flexible polymer material, fitted with threaded metal ferrules at both ends to facilitate interlocking. Included in the set is a single rod finished in a blue colour. The attachments consist of a twisted metal double worm screw designed for clearing blockages and a black rubber plunger disc. The items are contained within a reused clear and orange plastic bag which bears a printed label for Wickes building materials, including the text BUILDING, Wickes, and instructions for mixing sand and cement. No maker’s marks or identifying stamps are legible on the rods or the metal attachments.
