Lot 223: A Homebase Green Polypropylene Garden Set
A green polypropylene garden set by Homebase, consisting of an armchair and matching slatted stool, accompanied by a patterned cushion and a decorative cast iron parasol base. The armchair and stool are constructed from forest green moulded plastic with slatted surfaces and integrated armrests to the chair. The full-length cushion features a printed motif of trailing vines and leaves in olive green and slate blue on a cream ground, finished with blue piping. The circular cast iron parasol base is decorated with openwork scroll and fleur-de-lis motifs and features a central aperture for a pole. An embossed mark in a rectangular cartouche reading HOMEBASE is located at the top centre of the armchair backrest.
