Lot 4: A Roll of Galvanised Steel Barbed Wire
A roll of galvanised steel barbed wire, designed for agricultural or security purposes. The construction consists of a two-strand twisted wire base fitted with four-point barbs spaced at regular intervals. The wire is wound onto a central spool core made of a pale cream-coloured composite material or plastic. The steel features a dull, weathered grey galvanised finish throughout. There are no readable manufacturer marks, brand labels, or stamps present on the wire or the spool core. The winding on the spool is somewhat uneven, and there are scattered patches of light surface oxidation and surface rust visible across the metal components, which is characteristic of industrial surplus stored in damp conditions.
