A Royal Worcester glazed fine bone china figurine entitled The Last Waltz. The figure depicts a woman in a voluminous, tiered white gown inspired by Victorian-era fashion, decorated with sprigs of lavender-coloured flowers and gilded highlights on the ruffles and bodice. She is posed with a fan held in her right hand and her left hand resting at her waist, her brown hair styled in an updo accented with small flowers. The underside of the base features a gold transfer mark consisting of a crown above a circle containing the number 51 and four Ws, surrounded by the words ROYAL WORCESTER and FINE BONE CHINA with a registered trademark symbol. Below this is printed text reading A Figure Collection In Fine Bone China by Royal Worcester inspired by the romance of the Victorian era. The title The Last Waltz is written in script, followed by A Numbered Limited Edition Figure of 12,500 of which this is no. 6,968. Further printed text states Sculpted by N. Stevens and © Compton & Woodhouse Ltd. 1991, accompanied by a script CW monogram. A small hand-painted mark in purple reading CS is also present on the unglazed portion of the base.
