Lot 559: A Trio of Vintage Cut Glass and Pressed Glass Tableware
This lot comprises three items of clear glass tableware. The first piece is a pedestal compote featuring a thumbprint pattern with large circular indentations and a scalloped rim, supported by a matching domed foot. The second item is an oval fruit bowl featuring a sawtooth rim and deeply cut starburst and pinwheel motifs, with a multi-point star cut into the base. A white adhesive label is attached to the exterior of this bowl, handwritten in black ink reading Vintage cut glass fruit bowl sawtooth edge plus 2 other pieces with 2010 written in the top right corner. The final piece is a small pitcher or creamer with a diamond-cut pattern on the lower body and vertical fluting below a scalloped rim, featuring a pinched spout and an applied patterned handle.
