Lot 566: A Collection of Approximately Ten Late 20th Century Natasha Collector's Range Porcelain Dolls
A collection of approximately ten porcelain collector dolls from the late 20th century, including examples from the Natasha Collector’s Range. The dolls are constructed with bisque porcelain heads, hands, and feet, joined to stuffed cloth bodies. They are dressed in elaborate Victorian-inspired period costumes utilising materials such as satin, lace, velvet, and faux pearls. The wigs are synthetic, styled in brown and blonde ringlets and bobs, and the fixed eyes are inset glass or plastic with applied eyelashes. One doll in a white ruffled dress bears a circular white card tag printed with Natasha Collector’s Doll and Porcelain Doll. The dolls are finished with detailed accessories including bonnets and floral appliqués.
