Lot 655: A Collection of Mixed Mineral and Gemstone Specimens
A collection of mixed mineral and gemstone specimens, comprising both rough and polished examples. The collection includes a large polished egg crafted from mookaite jasper, displaying characteristic swirled patterns of yellow, ochre, and reddish-brown. A polished tumbled sodalite stone shows a deep blue colour with white and grey mottling, accompanied by a smaller yellowish-brown tumbled pebble. The rough specimens include a piece of pale pink rose quartz with conchoidal fracturing, a small deep purple amethyst, and a central lilac amethyst druzy on a greyish-brown matrix. A clear to white quartz crystal cluster on a dark matrix and a rough greyish-purple mineral specimen complete the group.
