An occasional side table featuring a rectangular top with deeply scalloped and serpentine edges, finished with a raised carved border. The piece is constructed from a dark-stained hardwood and stands on four slender cabriole legs. The legs are joined by an ornate X-shaped stretcher featuring a central carved finial platform. No manufacturer labels, stamps, or maker marks are visible on the object.
