Lot 821: A Solid Oak Cube Side Table / Nightstand
A solid oak cube side table / nightstand of simple, minimalist block construction. The piece is formed from thick, heavy oak planks joined with visible butt joints to create a hollow rectangular form. The exterior surfaces exhibit a prominent, coarse grain pattern consistent with oak, finished with a light oil or wax that highlights the natural wood tones. The interior surfaces show a rougher, sawn texture from the manufacturing process. This functional piece is designed for utility, suitable for use as an occasional table, a nightstand, or a display pedestal. No maker’s marks or stamps are visible on any of the wood surfaces.
Large-scale furniture items; exact dimensions are not provided.
