Lot 782: A contemporary Scandinavian style swivel recliner chair in textured tan fabric
A contemporary swivel recliner chair designed in the Scandinavian style, resembling the Euro chair profile. The piece features a high-back design with an integrated cushioned headrest and heavily padded armrests. It is upholstered in a textured, multi-tonal tan and brown synthetic fabric with a weave similar to chenille. The chair is supported by a circular bentwood laminate swivel base with a medium oak-effect finish. The construction includes bentwood laminate arm supports with visible bolt-through fixings and an internal mechanical swivel and recline system. No maker marks or brand labels are present on the exterior surfaces; a small green and white inventory label numbered 782 is attached to the right-hand arm support.
Condition report:
The chair is in used condition. The fabric upholstery shows visible signs of wear and moderate soiling, most notably to the seat and headrest. The bentwood frame displays minor scuffs and surface marks consistent with age and domestic use. The swivel and recline mechanisms appear functional but have not been professionally tested.
