Lot 647: A set of four Eschenbach Living Colours porcelain espresso cups and saucers
A set of four contemporary porcelain espresso cups and matching saucers from the Living Colours collection by Eschenbach. Each cup and saucer pair features a distinct, vibrant transfer-printed design in a bold palette. The patterns include a stylised animal face in purple and blue, a geometric tribal-style motif in purple and red, a multicoloured patchwork-style design, and an ornate baroque-influenced pattern with scrollwork and faux jewel motifs. The cups are of a small cylindrical demitasse form with single loop handles. The underside of each cup bears printed markings including the series title Living Colours, specific pattern numbers (444, 777, and 931), the Eschenbach Porzellan maker’s mark, and origin as Made in Germany. The marks also indicate the porcelain is dishwasher and microwave safe.
