Lot 336: A Collection of Tableware and Glassware including a Dartington Crystal Ice Bucket
A collection of assorted household and decorative items. The group includes a clear lead crystal ice bucket by Dartington Crystal, featuring a horizontally ribbed body, a silver-tone metal swing handle, and an original adhesive label identifying it as 24% lead crystal made in England. Also present are large clear cut-glass bowls with diamond and starburst patterns, resembling the Wexford pattern. The lot further comprises a red-glazed ceramic fish-shaped serving dish with blue and white accents, a stainless steel cafetiere, and a glass cafetiere with a brass-toned metal mount and lid. Several smaller pieces of glassware are also included.
Condition report:
The collection is in used condition, showing a build-up of surface dust and light residue. There is evidence of minor surface wear and light scratching to the metal components of the cafetieres and ice bucket handle. No significant chips or cracks were observed on the glass or ceramic items.
