Lot 416: A Bourne Denby stoneware coffee pot and an amber glass bowl
A Bourne Denby stoneware coffee pot and a vintage amber glass bowl. The coffee pot is of cylindrical form and features a two-tone glaze. The upper section, handle, and lid are finished in a dark brown treacle glaze, while the lower body is a light buff stoneware. The pot has a simple loop handle and a matching lid with a ball finial. The base is impressed with the maker mark Bourne Denby England. A handwritten label indicates the item is a 1 1/2 pint coffee pot, reference 2010. The vintage amber glass bowl is of circular form with a crimped, wavy rim and deep radial fluting extending from the base to the edge.
Condition report:
Both items appear to be in good overall condition with no major chips, cracks, or repairs visible. There is minor surface wear consistent with age and use.
