Lot 540: A Crown Devon Pink Rose Earthenware Chamber Pot
A single handled chamber pot constructed from cream toned earthenware by S. Fielding and Co. Ltd. The exterior is decorated with a transfer printed floral spray consisting of two large pink roses with small yellow accent flowers. The interior centre is finished with a smaller matching single rose sprig. The rim is finished with a simple gilt band. The base bears a printed manufacturer backstamp in black and pink featuring a crown symbol, Crown Devon in pink script, and S. FIELDING and CO. LTD STAFFORDSHIRE ENGLAND POTTERS FOR OVER 100 YEARS in black.
