Lot 579: A Collection of Decorative Ceramic Items and Novelties including Wedgwood and Coalport
A collection of approximately 15 assorted ceramic decorative items and novelties. The group includes a Wedgwood bone china bud vase in the Hathaway Rose pattern and a Coalport bone china bud vase featuring a scalloped footrim and floral rose decoration. A notable piece is a ceramic aeroplane propeller souvenir, marked Aeroplane Propeller, which features a transfer-printed Royal Air Force badge and the coat of arms for Ripley. The lot also contains a pair of sheep figurines wearing green hats and decorated with shamrocks, a floral bone china bell with gilt rims, and a souvenir bell for the Isle of Wight. Additional items include ceramic shoes and a clog with applied floral and butterfly decoration, a small floral posy pot, a ceramic basket with applied roses, a triangular heraldic dish, and a small round dish with an architectural scene.
