Lot 592: A Vintage Bose Solo TV Sound System in Matte Black
A vintage Bose Solo TV Sound System in matte black, designed as a pedestal-style base for a television set. The unit features a rectangular form with a wrap-around metal front grill, centrally marked with the manufacturer’s name BOSE in silver-toned lettering. The top surface is finished in a matte black casing and bears embossed icons depicting two interlocking squares and a warning triangle. The rear of the device is fitted with a recessed connection panel featuring analogue R and L ports, alongside digital Optical and Coaxial inputs. The panel also includes a USB Service port and a Data port. An adhesive manufacturer’s label is affixed to the rear, printed with the text TV and a serial number reading SER. NO. 057237Z33631190AC.
Condition report:
The sound system is in used condition with visible surface dust and debris across the top and front grill (photo 1). Several minor scuffs and marks are present on the top casing (photo 1). A strip of clear adhesive tape remains attached to the rear connection panel (photo 2). The unit is offered without a remote control or power cables and remains untested for functional operation.
