Condition report:
The sofa is in well-used condition with significant signs of wear throughout. The leather upholstery displays heavy creasing and wrinkling to all surfaces (photos 1 and 2). There is visible surface distressing and finish loss, appearing as lighter patches, particularly to the seat cushions and leading edges of the arms (photos 1 and 2). A small puncture or tear is present on the seat cushion surface near the central seam (photo 1). Dust and debris are gathered in the deep crevices between the cushions. The leather appears dry and would benefit from professional cleaning and conditioning.
