Lot 919: A Vintage Tubular Chrome-Plated Steel Rolling Laundry Trolley
A vintage tubular chrome-plated steel rolling laundry trolley of rectangular form. The unit features a commercial-grade frame constructed from chrome-finished steel tubing, mounted on four swivelling red and black composite casters. The frame supports a removable heavy-duty blue synthetic fabric liner, which is suspended by integrated metal hooks and clips along the upper perimeter rails. A small label is visible on one upright rail, bearing the printed characters GTC, though the remainder of the text is illegible. A white rectangular auction label marked with the numeral 919 is affixed to the lower horizontal rail.

Condition report:
The item is in poor, heavily used condition. The blue fabric liner exhibits extensive damage, including significant tearing and fraying at the upper edges and failed seams at the interior corners (photos 1 and 2). The interior of the bag shows heavy soiling and accumulation of lint and debris (photo 1). One corner of the metal frame has been repaired with clear adhesive tape (photo 1). The chrome-plated frame shows general surface scratches, scuffs, and signs of industrial wear throughout (photo 3). The casters appear functional but show signs of regular use.
